• Yes, because we must improve our methods to cover our necessities in the best efficient way, the risk may be also researched so that they can be decreased to the minimum, as it is done with any new drug, but researching this is something that has always been done, in long term, the benefits would be more and better than the risks, since there will be ways to decrease those risks too, in case they may appear.
• Benefits must be receive by the entire population, rather than only a few people having access to benefits that can help a conglomerate of people; if it’s a research about agricultural biotech, the ones who should bear risks are people who agree on the study/research/experiment, and they should also have access to the early stage of benefits due to those risks of course
