Dilemma on Overpopulation

Increases in population lead to increases in the needs of resources such as food, water, shelter, etc. the increase in needs leads to an over-exploitation of these resources at a large scale. This strain on the resources, in a long-term interval, causes the deterioration of the land and sources of these elements which then, in turn, causes the absence of these in the population and leads to mass starvation, poor nutrition, more morbi-mortality, and a reduction in the quality of life in general.
